Noya is a premium rooftop bar and restaurant located on the 21st floor of the Derand Hotel in Prishtina, Kosovo. Renowned for its high-quality Asian cuisine, including exquisite sushi offerings, and an impressive cocktail menu, Noya provides guests with a refined ambiance featuring curated interiors and breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
Task
To enhance Noya's digital presence by developing a 'temporary' sophisticated social media strategy that reflects its upscale atmosphere and culinary excellence, aiming to attract a discerning clientele and increase both online engagement and in-person reservations.

Interactive Features: Implemented interactive Instagram Stories and TikTok content, including behind-the-scenes footage, polls, Q&A sessions, and limited-time offers, to boost audience engagement and create a sense of exclusivity.
Influencer Collaborations: Partnered with local influencers and food bloggers to expand Noya’s reach within the target demographic, leveraging their followers to increase brand visibility.

In close collaboration with Noya, we created a dynamic social media plan for Instagram and TikTok that would improve their online visibility and attract a lively following of high-end Asian cuisine dining enthusiasts.
We improved their brand image by fusing well-produced short videos, carefully chosen content, and high precision advertising campaigns. While TikTok material featured behind-the-scenes photos, trendy cuisine reels, and viral challenges, engaging commentary, interactive Instagram Stories with polls and Q&A sessions, and limited-time offers helped increase audience participation and increased foot traffic and consumer engagement.
